Application of Crane outrigger pad

Crane outrigger pad is a load-bearing pad made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) as the raw material, widely used for supporting and bearing engineering machinery, heavy equipment, etc. It has the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance, impact resistance, non water absorption, corrosion resistance, etc. in terms of performance, and is suitable for harsh outdoor and industrial environments.

1. Lifting machinery and equipment

Bottom of support legs for car cranes, crawler cranes, truck mounted cranes, tower cranes, etc

Used as a cushion between the legs and the ground, it plays a role in dispersing pressure, protecting the ground, and enhancing stability.

Support large equipment such as concrete pump trucks, drilling rigs, and lifting platforms to prevent equipment from sinking or tilting.

3. Ports, docks, and field operations

Due to its corrosion resistance and non absorbent properties, it is suitable for use in corrosive environments such as humidity and salt spray.
